How we plan on doing this is by delivering timely information to Grovehurst residents and to collect input on issues that impact us all. Our goals are:

Protect the property values of the Grovehurst Homeowners Association

Serve

Serve as a focal point for maintenance and the upkeep of the common areas and property of the community.

Encourage

Encourage and promote community pride in our neighborhood by providing a forum for neighborhood activity.

Provide

Provide the neighborhood with an effective communication link with local government officials and other influential groups.

Promote

Promote and encourage the involvement of membership participation in the decision making process that directs the neighborhood association’s actions.
